(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

Section 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

Section 5 WPML
(1) We use the WPML plugin of OnTheGoSystems Limited, 22/F 3 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as: WPML). WPML is a multilingual plugin for WordPress. We use WPML to display our website in different languages. When you visit our website, WPML stores a cookie on your device in order to save your selected language setting. As a result, personal data may be processed by WPML, in particular user activity (especially which pages have been visited and which elements have been clicked) as well as device and browser information (in particular the IP address and information about the operating system). Additional note: Web analysis with Umami
We use the privacy-friendly web analysis tool Umami to collect anonymous information about usage behavior on our website. Umami does not use cookies and does not store any personal data. The analysis is completely anonymous and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual visitors to our website.
We host Umami on our own servers within the European Union (EU) so that all data is processed in accordance with the strict European data protection regulations (GDPR). The data collected is used solely for the purpose of better understanding and optimizing the use of our website.
